We perform weekly maintenance on your systems and fix productivity problems quickly before they impact your staff and workflow. Sometimes an issue can be resolved at a moment’s notice by our team remotely logging in to your desktop or laptop. Other times the problem has to be resolved onsite. We have a team of fully trained and experienced engineers who come to your place of business for regularly scheduled visits and emergency support.
We received a call from an accounting firm that was in trouble. Their IT guy had left their server open to the Internet, and hackers encrypted it. They had some basic backups, but it took over 2 weeks to get the company back up and running. There wasn’t any process in place to check their systems regularly and keep them secure. When we came in and took over, we inserted a firewall to protect their systems, locked down all entry to traffic that didn’t belong, secured existing servers, desktops, and laptops with virus protection and malware seeking software, and set up a backup system that takes a snapshot of the servers so if the system was ever compromised in the future, we could restore them to production within hours, not weeks or days.
